In addition to our standard fastner catalog, Viche Fasteners operates a specialized custom turning division. Equipped with high-precision CNC lathe centers and automatic thread rolling machineries, we manufacture custom anchors, double-end studs, specialized washers, and bracket plates.
We work directly from customer CAD drawings (PDF, DWG, STEP format), maintaining tight tolerances within ±0.02 mm.
